I’ve offered telehealth therapy since 2020 and strongly believe virtual care can be as effective as in-person therapy when we collaborate, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and set SMART goals together. Life brings a mix of joyful and difficult experiences, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed. Sometimes you need a neutral, compassionate space outside family and friends to make sense of things and move forward.
