I specialize in supporting individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses who are seeking therapy for challenges related to their sex lives, relationships, and just living with a chronic illness. I am open to seeing ages 10 and up as well as couples. My goal is to help clients thrive through compassionate, affirming care. Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns, beliefs, and stories that shape your life. My style is relational, emotionally focused, and client-centered. I help clients understand how their past experiences and relationships shape how they show up today. In session, I aim to balance depth with approachability using mindfulness, gentle reflection, and the occasional humor to make hard work feel a little lighter.
