Do you find yourself caught in patterns of people-pleasing while losing touch with your own needs? I’m a psychodynamically and trauma-informed therapist, trained in CBT, EFT, and IFS. My approach is both direct yet encouraging. I help clients build confidence in their identities, strengthen communication and relationship skills, and explore patterns around abandonment and self-image. I am queer-affirming, sex and kink-positive, sex work-allied, and welcoming of non-traditional relationship structures.
