If you are struggling with issues such as substance use, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, self-harm, disordered eating, trauma, grief or depression having the self-compassion to seek help is a powerful first step. I believe that compassion is the key to helping us along our healing journeys. My goal is to work with you develop a compassionate path out of old thoughts, old habits and old behaviors toward your happy, joyous and free authentic self. When you feel as though your old ways of coping are no longer working, I am here to help you develop new skills, perspectives and confidence in the change you create based on my 9 years of experience.
