My ideal clients are children, teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating big emotions, life transitions, and stressful changes. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem. Some are adjusting to divorce or family conflict, while others are impacted by substance use, whether personally or within the family. Many clients seek a safe space where they can feel heard and understood, and together we work toward building confidence, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.
