When we lose that connection, we may feel anxious, numb, stuck, or alone. I help adults, couples, adolescents, and children explore the deeper roots of disconnection and gently work through what gets in the way of feeling fully alive and present. My work is grounded in psychoanalysis and informed by a deep respect for unconscious processes and early relationships. I was trained and certified as a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst in Europe, and continued my path in the U.S. as an LGPC and State-Certified Psychoanalyst.
