My journey has taken me down many roads. I have a few years of experience helping individuals, couples and families in Hawaii in the areas of mental health and addictions. In my years as a clinician I've worked with both adults and children struggling with a diversity of issues, some of which include substance abuse, relationship issues, parenting issues, depression, and anxiety. I have learned how to adjust my approach to best suit the needs of my clients, regardless of age or background.
