I am a dually licensed therapist with over 30 years of experience working with complex individuals and family systems. I specialize in chemical health, mental health, wellness, intervention, and recovery services. I complete a strength-based assessment with emphasis on current functioning and skill building to determine individual and/or family needs in an effort to create a collaborative plan for overall health and recovery. Systemic roles and patterns have challenged and guided me throughout the years to stay curious about others and strive for the depth of health and recovery to support change and a better future. My desire is to support and aid others in a recovery experience that provides them hope for their future through their past and present experiences.
