Starting therapy can be a somewhat intimidating first step in improving your mental health, which is why I strive to create a welcoming and open environment for my clients. I have been passionate about mental health and the study of psychology since early in my academic career, and I enjoy providing support and healing for people of all walks of life. Every individual has their own unique story and background, which is something that I value and respect with each of my clients. I believe in cultivating a healthy and strong therapeutic relationship built upon empathy and trust; it is an essential part of the healing process.
