Abbigail (she/her) earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. Abbigail is formally trained in several evidence-based trauma and family therapy modalities, including Trauma Focused–Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Alternatives for Families–Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT), and has significant experience working with adults on parole and probation. Her extensive training allows her to support clients navigating complex trauma histories, family conflict, and challenging life experiences.
