I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Registered Art Therapist- Provisional (ATR-P). I enjoy working with adults and teens struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive compulsive tendencies. I hope to help individuals throughout the courageous road of treatment and walk along side them, providing support and compassion along the way. My goal is to help you address concerns you are noticing in the present, while also providing space to explore underlying causes.
