Hello! My name is Caitlyn and I am a holistic and inclusive therapist specializing in complex-trauma, anxiety, parenthood, and sexual concerns. I work exceptionally well with LGBTQ+ folx and those with non-traditional relationship dynamics. I approach issues from a holistic lens, which includes all aspects of your life experience. My work is strengths based and client centered, meaning I believe you are the expert on your life and you possess unique strengths to help you on your journey. Together we will foster and build your strengths as we embark on the path towards self-discovery and healing. I use a variety of therapies specifically tailored each client’s goals and unique needs. These may include: sex therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy and more. We will work together to determine the best path forward for you!
