I aim to support people who value authenticity, dignity, and respect and who are seeking clarity or a stronger sense of self. My focus is helping guys who feel lost or disconnected face avoidance and develop a more grounded, values-based sense of identity. I also welcome anyone who is navigating trauma, neurodivergence, or substance use. I primarily use ACT, CBT and trauma-informed practices to help clients better understand their internal experiences, clarify values, and work toward meaningful change.
