I work with adults with diverse backgrounds and identities, presenting with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, sleep and behavior problems. I aim to provide treatment that is both based in science and individually tailored to you, creating a containing, judgement-free, and supportive therapy space. I work with individuals who want to look inward, explore what is important to them, learn tools to overcome anxiety, pain, addiction, and trauma, and strive to build a therapeutic alliance based on trust, authenticity, warmth, and ease.
