I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those with chronic health issues with a neuroaffirming approach. Living with a chronic condition–anxiety, depression, Autistic or ADHD burnout, medical trauma, chronic illness, to name a few–can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and relentless. Taking care of yourself and getting through the day can feel like a job in and of itself. Finding a way to support your own unique body, brain, and experience is crucial to navigating life with a chronic condition. You are not broken, but you may not feel whole.
