I work with adults who are coping with childhood or relational trauma. If your parents were abusive, authoritarian, struggling with mental illness, or substance users, you likely didn't get your needs met consistently. I walk with clients while they dig in to the shame, powerlessness, anxiety, and trauma responses they feel and help them reparent themselves, which then allows them to thrive! I offer a warm, humorous, maternal presence in my work. With your goals in mind, we'll reprocess trauma and give you the support and kindness you have always deserved.
