You may feel misunderstood, overlooked, or exhausted from carrying emotional weight on your own. Many of my clients have spent years navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, or identity questions while trying to meet cultural, family, or external expectations. They often come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because surviving no longer feels sustainable—and they’re ready to feel grounded, connected, and truly understood. As a queer Latina therapist, I’m especially attuned to these layered experiences. I support LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults who want to slow down, make sense of their emotions, and better understand the patterns shaping their relationships and self-worth. As a queer Latina clinician, my work is grounding and conversational, focused on building insight and practical tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
