Hi! My name is Abigail Gray, Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of TherapyMetrics. I specialize in helping pre-teens/teens (ages 10+) cope with anger, anxiety, and depression and help them navigate through life stressors and transitions. Being a parent to a pre-teen/teenager is HARD. I aim to help your pre-teen/teen develop healthy coping skills to combat general or social anxiety, learn ways to love themselves, boost their self-esteem and self-worth, and process their emotions. I will work with you and your pre-teen/teen on healthy communication in conflict. My passion allows me to come alongside you and your pre-teen/teen and provide you with a safe space to speak freely and without judgment. I am a fun psychotherapist and will build a strong rapport with your pre-teen/teen. It is essential for your teen to feel comfortable with their therapist, and I will make sure that happens.
