My goal is to help my clients find fulfilling, meaningful, and healthy lives. Many times personal history, life stressors, relationships, physical health, among others can interfere with finding peace and well-being in our daily lives. Seeking therapy can be a helpful tool in managing these difficulties and creating lasting change. My treatment approach is collaborative in nature and centered around the individual client’s unique goals. My mission is to help guide the client in building awareness and finding opportunities for growth in the areas of their life interfering with finding fulfillment. I specialize in recovery from sexual trauma and women's issues. I hold certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy. I also incorporate other integrative approaches to facilitate healing and recovery from trauma, grief, and disordered eating behaviors.
