The ideal client for me is someone who understands and admits there are areas of their life that need further evaluation and a yearning for information and knowledge of how to better their situation. With me, clients will begin to understand their situations from different perspectives, delve into the various emotions that arise, and are open to being challenged in the most respectful and compassionate way. Working to understand their situation, their emotions, and identifying what they have control of is one of many steps needed to improve symptoms, confidence, growth, and outlook.
