I am a systemically trained, collaborative marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I am passionate about working with clients to identify, foster, and implement their inherent strengths to address the presenting issues. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults through a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, divorce, step-families, life transitions, grief, infidelity, and marital issues to name a few. In order to tailor therapy to my clients, I utilize an integrated approach of therapeutic models. I mostly work with Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gottman Method Couples' Therapy. My style of therapy is very collaborative and client lead as we move to actionable solutions.
