Therapy should be a comfortable experience. It should challenge you but also not leave you feeling negatively afterwards. If you have had past experiences where you haven't felt truly seen or heard, I hope you'll give it another chance. Do you wish things felt like they were clicking for you more? Do you wish you could change relationship dynamics with a partner, family, or friends? I help clients look at their choices through the lens of their values and then take small, intentional steps in their day-to-day actions that add up to larger growth.
