Grief is such a universal experience, yet we each move through it uniquely. Are you are grieving the loss of someone important and/or moving through the journey of parenthood? Maybe you are facing anxiety as you enter a new phase of life. Each of these journeys can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. They might make you question your own identity or feel like you are floundering. Know that you do not have to walk these paths alone. I have a particular interest in supporting people who are navigating both loss and parenthood simultaneously, but even just one of these journey's is enough of a reason to reach out for help. Using a non-pathologizing approach, I'll guide you through this next chapter. During our time together we'll hold space for you to process the changes life has thrown your way and work to develop skills that empower you to navigate the storm and feel confident in your ability to move forward. I also have specific training to treat symptoms of PTSD.
