From the outside you appear put together and accomplished, yet inside you don’t always feel that way. Sometimes you worry about things you can't control, create plans for the possible “what ifs” down the road, and wonder if others will discover that you don’t actually have it all figured out. You can’t calm your mind or find a healthy balance, and it’s getting in the way of your ambitions. You’ve tried managing on your own yet feel stuck. We can work together to harness your inner strengths while mending the parts that make life feel challenging. I believe we all grow and heal differently. Sometimes it's through exercise, music, quality time with loved ones or a tv marathon; and sometimes it's through the relationship created in therapy where your whole self can be seen without judgment or shame. I bring a relaxed, honest, and curious style, striving to make therapy comfortable and adaptive.
