I have worked as a clinical psychologist since 2004. Originally from the NYC metropolitan area, I have lived in upstate NY for many years. My approach to psychotherapy is tailored to both presenting problems and clients’ interest in exploring questions. Sometimes, short-term and goal-directed psychotherapy is the best path, while at other times, a longer self-exploration is more helpful for self-seeing. I will meet you at your starting point and try to help you gain clarity and understanding into your questions, with the goal of helping you overcome the obstacles that keep you stuck in a situation or mindset.
