It’s exhausting always feeling “on.” Your brain won’t quit, your body feels tense, and even little things can send you into a spiral. You try to keep it together for everyone else, but inside you’re stressed, anxious, and kind of over it. Maybe you’re a teen trying to handle school, friends, and family drama, or a young professional juggling work, relationships, and zero time for yourself. You might look fine on the outside, but inside, you’re running on fumes. You’re ready to feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again. And more than a quick fix, you want change that will last. I use somatic psychotherapy, working with both your mind and your body, to help you create real, lasting change. We’ll figure out what’s been keeping you stuck and reconnect with your innate capacity for trust, self-compassion, and meaningful connection. As clients desire, I offer the integration of faith and spirituality into our time together.
