As a therapist for over 30 years I have worked in a variety of settings providing individual & group therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in helping clients work through issues related to stress, loss, self-esteem, parenting, trauma, trust in relationships, life changes, anxiety and depression. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can strengthen your capacity to engage with others, navigate through what is making you feel stuck, enhance your problem-solving and coping skills, and generate a solid plan of action.
