We often carry narratives about ourselves that come from family, society, & culture. When we do not meet expectations we experience shame, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and hopelessness. These struggles often show up throug, disordered eating, rumination, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, identity crises, isolation, etc. Beneath it all is often a deep feeling of not being “enough." I specialize in treating eating disorders and have experience in all levels of care. I proudly support LGBTQ+ individuals & provide an affirming space to process the impact of living in a world that doesn't always make room for your full self.
