Life can be wonderful. It can also be stressful and difficult. This may be due to a recent change, buildup of burnout or a traumatic experience that happened at any time in your life. I am here to help you navigate through that because everyone needs someone, sometimes. I will be a source of support and encouragement for you while we will explore what you want, identify obstacles, and learn skills. I use a creative approach throughout the process to encourage and empower you as an active participant in your own life.
