My goal as a therapist is to create an affirming environment where clients can find hope, helping them move toward meaningful change. I specialize in working with teens and adults to navigate anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, and religion and spirituality. I especially enjoy helping clients in 12-step recovery. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, clients say that I am engaging and calming. I have experience in school and ministry settings.
