I wholeheartedly believe in the power of therapy. Therapy is a great opportunity to work with someone who will provide you with a safe-space, support, and tools you need to create change. My role as a therapist is one of empowering my clients on their path to internal growth, self-love, and gaining a better understanding of themselves. The issues I work with are related to grief and loss, anxiety, transitions, maternal issues, depression, self-esteem, stress-management, parenting, and relationships.
