Many of the individuals I work with have either been through a recent life change or trauma, or have been dealing with anxiety, depression or any number of issues for several years to a lifetime. My purpose is not to understand what it is like to walk in your shoes, but to come alongside you and walk with you together through your difficulties and figure out healthy strategies together. We will set goals and objectives together to formulate a viable solution for your situation. I have experience working with individuals, couples and groups dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, and behavioral problems.
