I know that starting therapy or doing therapy with someone can be stressful and or difficult. It is important to me to create a warm and comfortable environment. My goal is to help you feel at ease and able to talk about anything you need to with privacy and support. I want to make sure you have the tools you need to be successful professionally or personally. I have worked with people from many different walks of life, and I enjoy helping people. I'm also very open and nonjudgmental and open-minded, which allows me to create a safe place for people to talk and be.
