Hi there — I’m glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both a master’s and doctorate degree in social work, and I specialize in helping people untangle the messy, complicated stuff that comes with being human. That includes addiction, anxiety, trauma, and the emotional rollercoaster that often rides alongside them — especially for families and loved ones of those struggling with addiction. My approach is warm, collaborative, and real; therapy with me often includes both laughter and honest reflection. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Virtual sessions are available in several states and equine assisted psychotherapy is available in SC.
