Currently I work with adults 18 years old and older. Working as a psychotherapist for almost 20 years, I would like to help you find joy and balance in your life. I work with a person-centered, strength-based approach and a solution-focused perspective. I strongly believe that, as human beings, we are capable to modify patterns and habits for other ones that would take us to a healthier version of our own selves.
