I work with teens, college students, adults, and couples. Many of my clients struggle with attention deficit, depression, anxiety, micromanaging thoughts, perfectionism, and boredom. Others tend to want success, but lack passion and drive. While others struggle with intimacy and experience shame, guilt or blame. I offer an authentic, courageous and mindful platform that will create a safe space for you to discover and understand your thoughts, behavior and patterns. I work with my heart to uncover your talents, desires and strengths. Together we will devise a roadmap to assist you in restructuring your path, or maybe, you might want to pave a new road.
