Alaina provides LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming therapy for adolescents (ages 14 and older) and young adults. Her clinical focus includes anxiety and mood-related concerns, behavioral and conduct-related issues including problematic sexual behaviors, and challenges related to life transitions and interpersonal conflict. She also conducts psychological assessments and evaluations, including psychosexual evaluations, for justice-involved adolescents and adults. Alaina has extensive experience providing individual and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention services, across diverse populations. Committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches tailored to individual’s needs. She collaborates with clients in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment, empowering them to build practical skills that support healing, resilience, and improved quality of life.
