Do you ever feel you know what direction you want to take your life in but are unsure of how you can reach your goals? Are you navigating the intersection of your sexuality and spiritual or religious beliefs? Do you need additional skills to help communicate with a loved one or navigate a life transition? As a therapist, a goal of mine is to create a judgment-free space for couples and adults (18-55) to explore. Exploration includes your thoughts, emotions, and decisions that have affected your past and present and will affect your future.
