I work with young adults and adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, personal and professional issues and various other life transitions/stressors. My goal is to provide my clients with a safe space to explore their worries, concerns and the barriers preventing them from reaching their full potential and creating a fulfilling and meaningful life. I strive to help my clients gain clarity and the skills to make positive changes, to develop the insight and skills to overcome life barriers and become the best version of themselves.
