If you’re seeking a space where you can feel truly heard and unconditionally accepted, I’m here to help. I work relationally, meaning our relationship is a central part of the work. I specialize in creating a safe haven for clients who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, and emotional disconnect. I believe that the therapy space is a powerful tool for reacquainting yourself with the strengths and skills you already hold. Using a collaborative and client-centered approach, I incorporate elements of mindfulness, attachment theory, depth therapy and EMDR. In our sessions, we’ll explore how early family experiences have shaped the way you move through the world, deepen your self-understanding, and work together to shift the patterns you’re ready to leave behind.
