My goal is to create a space where you can navigate your inner world with curiosity, clarity, and compassion, and begin to heal the wounds that may be holding you back. I love supporting adults, those emerging adulthood, and teens with a compassionate approach. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support the unique needs of each client. I offer LGBTQ+-aligned and culturally compassionate therapy.
