There can be times when it seems our bodies, or minds, or even or world are betraying us. The human experience itself can be difficult. Introduce chronic fear, depression, intrusive thoughts, or anxiety and it can be difficult to see ways to change, making things even more overwhelming. We will work together to see how you can find your footing and create a more beneficial perspective and hopefully impact your future. I am most versed in treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD/related, trauma, substance use (alcohol, marijuana, other behavioral i.e., food, sex, etc.), couples, and men’s issues; LGBTQ+ ally.
