English | español My ideal client is someone who feels stuck- whether it’s in a pattern of anxiety, in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling or in a life transition that is harder than expected. They may have tried to push through on their own but are starting to realize that willpower alone isn’t enough. What they need most is a space where they feel heard without judgement, and where they can begin to untangle the stories that have held them back. My goal is to help them reconnect with their own resilience , make sense of their experiences, and move toward the life they want- with more clarity, confidence and connection.
