The patterns that kept you safe don’t have to keep you stuck. I see therapy as a place for deep listening—to your body, your history, and the person you’re becoming. Rooted in somatic and identity-affirming care, I help clients discover who they are beyond survival patterns, shame, and expectation. We’ll notice where old stories live, where you feel stuck or disconnected, and where there’s space to grow into a fuller, more authentic you. I welcome LGBTQ+ folks, fat and body-diverse individuals, neurodivergent minds, and anyone exploring their identity, trauma, or belonging. My approach is warm, affirming, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—I believe in co-creating a space where you can be curious, honest, and human. I’ll meet you with presence, humor, and deep care; and together, we’ll imagine what healing can look like on your terms.
