I help children, teenagers, and women struggling with behavioral and emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and complex trauma to live a more fulfilled and balanced life. I also work with parents who experience mental illness and trauma-related disorders work through their symptoms to cope with and develop compassion and care for themselves. It gives me the greatest joy to be able to build rapport with clients, supporting them in realizing their full potential.
