Welcome! I work with adults who may be experiencing overwhelm, self-criticism, or high-functioning anxiety and depression as they navigate their daily lives. You might care so much about your relationships, career, or other responsibilities that you forget about your own needs, leading you to feel stuck, dissatisfied, or confused about your own identity in your life and relationships. Experiencing life transitions or stress may even bring these symptoms to the surface. Whether these are familiar experiences or you're navigating other challenges, I hope to offer a warm and compassionate space centered around you.
