Welcome! I'm so happy you are here. I am a trauma psychotherapist. I specialize in helping individuals navigate and overcome obstacles that hinder their personal growth and well-being. By working through past trauma, I guide clients toward finding clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction in their lives. If you are coping by numbing out with substances, people pleasing, or avoiding your emotions - I may be the therapist for you! I utilize a "bottom up" approach with somatic experiencing, as well as, internal family system themes, motivational interviewing and other evidence based modalities.
