I am a clinical social worker continuing my work with youth through private practice after 13 years as a middle school social worker. I specialize in the exploration of self (specifically in gender and sexuality), creation of autonomy, and identification and achievement of goals. I believe deeply in the healing power of connection and, especially for adolescents, in the magnitude of feeling seen and heard. I come to my therapeutic practice with a relational and solution-focused lens. I believe that every child has within themself everything they need to be successful and to feel good; it is my job to help them find it.
