Hi, I’m Alice Guillory, LLMSW. I'm here for when life gets hard! I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck. Whether you're coming to therapy to process something painful or to deepen your self-understanding, I offer a space that's supportive, non-judgmental, and grounded in compassion. In individual therapy, I help clients identify and shift the patterns that are keeping them overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. In couples therapy, I guide partners toward healthier communication, renewed trust, and more meaningful connection.
