Do you feel stuck in exhausting cycles of anxiety, self-criticism, or self-doubt? I have good news: freedom is possible and I can help you along the way. I work with thoughtful adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, as well as perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or low self-esteem. I also work with individuals navigating major life transitions, relationship challenges, and exploring spiritual or existential questions. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, clarify values, cultivate self-compassion, healthier relationships and boundaries, and self-trust.
